Here’s our version of TikTok Pasta. We elevate it and use 3 cheeses! Also we double it so we have leftovers!
(My Keto version: I use Shiritaki noodles)

-4 pints of cherry tomaotes
-3 cheeses (Feta, Goat, Boursin)
-1/2 Cup of Olive oil
-Fresh basil
-Fresh garlic cloves (2-4, cut in half)
-Pasta (we use bowtie)

Bake 400 for 40 minutes. Add cooked pasta and top with fresh basil!

Then ENJOY! Seriously. You will.

Low-Carb Waffles (makes 2)

Ingredients:

3 tbsp almond flour

1/4 tsp baking power

1 egg

1 tbsp water

Salt & Pepper

Directions:

1. Plug in mini waffle maker to preheat.

2. Mix dry ingredients.

3. Mix in wet ingredients.

4. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray (I use avocado oil).

5. Pour batter and cook waffle for 3 minutes.

 

Keto Chaffles (Cheese Waffles – makes 2)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cheese of choice

1 egg

Optional toppings: seasonings, bacon, jalapeño slices, pepperoni, etc.

Directions:

1. Plug in mini waffle maker to preheat.

2. Wisk one egg.

3. Sprinkle half the cheese on the hot waffle maker.

4. Pour half of the egg on it.

5. Add optional toppings and rest of cheese.

6. Cook 3-5 minutes. It will pop out easily when fully cooked.
